I want to mount the amber lights on Lund fiberglass Visor please show me best what to ground bases

The Amber Teardrop Shape Clearance Light Kit part # CB-15AK uses a single wire installation therefore grounds through the mounting hardware. In order to install these lights on a fiberglass or non-metal surface you will need to run a ground wire from each light using a ring terminal and then attach this to a bare metal surface. Similar to the power circuit, you will feed a ground wire through each hole in the surface and then combine these and run them to a bare metal ground point.

I wish I had diagrams for you to follow but these are unfortunately not available.
