The OEM rail kit/package that your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 could have came with would look like 5 pucks in the bed of the truck that a hitch would fit into. If you look into the bed of your truck and you don't see any mounting hole you wouldn't have it. Most likely you'd know if you did though since they are pretty noticeable. I attached a picture that shows what it looks like for you to check out as well.
If you don't have the OEM rail kit the Curt kit part # C16411-204 is the correct fit.
If you do have the OEM rail kit and need a set of industry standard style rails you'd want the part # DM6194 for if you have a short bed or # DM6206 for if you have a long bed.
