Hi there I need to know if you guys can make this basket 8 ft long And have 2 more extra flat bars long ways on the bottom for better support You can let me know Thanks

The longest roof basket we have available is the Surco Safari Rack 5.0 # SPS5084, which measures 84" long (7 feet) and 50" wide. We do not actually make these baskets so we're not able to modify them in anyway. This is the longest basket that Surco (or any of our manufacturers) produces.
Keep in mind that this part is just for the basket itself. The needed mounting hardware will depend on your application. For example if you are planning on attaching the basket to factory raised side rails on your vehicle's roof you would want to add the Clamp-On Adapters # SP1101.
If you can let me know how you plan to mount the carrier I will be happy to recommend the needed hardware.
