The Buyer's Products Class IV hitch you had looked at, part # 3371801102 would be the correct fit for your 2005 GMC Savana Van Cutaway Chassis, but in order to make sure it'll be compatible with your Royal utility body, you'll need to make sure that you don't need a drop greater than 6-3/4 inches. To determine the drop needed, take a downward measurement from the bottom surface of the truck frame where the hitch would mount. Measure downward distance between the frame member and the lowest point of the rear bumper. If this distance is less than 6-1/2 inches, the hitch will work perfectly for you. If you need a hitch with a greater drop, please let me know the drop needed and I'll do some further looking for you.
