Looking for air bags suspension enhancement for a 2019 Ford Ranger. I see there are a couple of options for that. Between the two, can you compare which one is the best for this truck?

The best option for your 2019 Ranger is the LoadLifter 5000 Air Springs # AL57234 because they are going to give you all the needed support for your Ranger's suspension without the jounce bumpers, which can occasionally cause a stiffer ride if the bags aren't filled with enough pressure. These bags will do a great job of improving your ride by absorbing shock and helping keep your back end level if you have a load in the truck or are towing.
