Can I Use MagnaFlow Cat Back Exhaust System With Rear Sway Bar Installed on 2000 GMC Sierra

Question:
I have a Hellwig sway bar on the rear end of my GMC Sierra 1500. I want to install a better exhaust system, but am unsure if it will conflict with the sway bar. Can the Flowmaster kit work in tandem with a sway bar?

According to my contact at MagnaFlow, they don't have any installation notes on the MagnaFlow Stainless Steel Cat-Back # MF15754 that would specify that you can't use both a rear-sway bar and their system together. They also mentioned that if you needed to, you would be able to make small modifications to the tail pipes in order to make the system work without voiding the warranty.
I have attached the installation video for this exhaust system shown on a 2000 Chevy Silverado, which should help you see in better detail how the system installs but I can see you needing to remove the rear sway bar and reinstall it in order to complete installation of the MagnaFlow.
