How Long is T-Handle Latch PLR5730 When Locked and Unlocked

Question:
Links of the rods on the polar t-handle latch plr5730. You stated the length was shorter when locked but longer when unlocked. I have a contractor cap on my truck with identical t-handles unknown company and need to know if you were correct in your open and closed measurements to see if I can replace mine with these

The measurements of the T-Handle Latch # PLR5730 you referred to are correct.
The assembly measures 97-3/4 inches long when it is locked, and measures 96 inches long when it is unlocked.
