Absolutely!
First, in order to hook up to the trailer you will need to add a trailer hitch to your 2020 Ford Transit T150. For this I highly recommend the Curt Class IV # C14012, which features a sleek hidden cross tube design so that only the 2" receiver is visible from behind the van (see attached images) and more than enough capacity to handle a smaller trailer.
This custom hitch will line right up to existing holes in the frame rails for a simple bolt-on installation and all the hardware is included. I have attached an installation video that you can follow along with.
Then to pull a trailer you will need a wiring harness to power its basic signal lights. I recommend the Curt T-Connector # C56327, which is specifically designed for your Transit T150 and will plug into factory ports located behind the driver and passenger side tail lights. This will provide you with a 4-Way connector to power the lights on your trailer during travel.
I have again attached an installation video that you can use for reference.
Lastly you will just need a ball mount and hitch ball combo. I have included a great article below that explains how to choose the best one for your particular setup, along with a link that will take you to our complete selection.
