Question:

which 2" trailer hitch provides the best ground clearance for a bike rack? also looking for a platform rack thats not to expensive for 2 bikes

The Class III 2" hitch options for the 2020 Toyota RAV4 are the Draw-Tite Hitch part # DT82QR and the Curt Hitch part # C13416. We have not yet had a chance to test the hitches on a 2020 Toyota RAV4 however when we test fitted them on the same 2019 RAV4 both hitches provided 12 inches of ground clearance and 5 inches of bumper clearance. They are both the same as far as installation location and installation process goes. The Draw-tite option is rated for 500 lbs more gross towing weight capacity however the Curt is made in the USA, so it comes down to preference. I have attached installation videos for both.

For a cost-effective platform bike rack option, I highly recommend the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches part # HR200Z which features a rise in the shank to help with ground clearance. Its adjustable cradles make loading the bikes easier. It folds up for easy storage and comes with both the locks to protect your investment. I have attached a video of the rack on a RAV4.
