I have a 2004 fleetwood Niagara tent trailer, 16 ft long, with storage trunk and gas bottle cover on the front, spare tire cover on rear. What size all weather storage cover fits this trailer?

Based on my research, your 2004 Fleetwood Grand Tour Elite Niagara pop-up trailer measures 19'1" in total when completely folded up, and that includes the trailer tongue. When choosing a cover, the trailer tongue is not taken into account, which means that for your camper, the right choice is a cover close to 17-1/2 foot long.
