Yes, the Buyers Products Over-The-Cab Truck Bed Ladder Rack # 3371501410 will work great on your 2018 Ford F-350 with the long (8 foot) bed. This particular system is long enough that it fits both the 6-3/4 foot and 8 foot bed models of your F-350 and the uprights can be moved along the side rails to accommodate the different lengths.
