Does Access LED Light Strip for Truck Beds Have a Motion Sensor That Can be Turned Off

The Access LED Light Strip for Truck Beds # A80312 actually has a push-button to turn it on so you don't have to worry about any movement in your truck bed keeping the light on and wearing the batteries out. The automatic feature is for shutting the light off. This way if you forget to turn it off before leaving your truck bed you can rest assured that your batteries won't be drained. The only time that the battery draining would be an issue is if you disable the automatic shutoff feature.

If you were to use the Access Motion Activated LED Light Strip # A90392 instead then it would light up every time something moved within range of the sensor since it detects movement in the dark. You could potentially cover the sensor with something when you plan on hauling loose cargo or you can go with the button-activate option that was mentioned above to remedy this.
