Helpful Expert Reply:
Typically at trailer storage lots you won't get access to a power outlet to run a battery charter/maintainer to keep the batteries topped off so the best option would be a solar panel charger like the 2.5-Watt Solar Battery Charger # PTW2997 which you'd mount on the top of the trailer or near the battery box with access to as much sunlight as possible.
Then for keeping the moisture out of the camper the Camco dehumidifier # CAM44195 works as a dehumidifier which will prevent mold and mildew from growing.
While we don't have anything specific for preventing rodents and insects from getting into your camper the consensus seems to be that if you can stuff all of the obvious points of entry to the camper with steel wool that does the best job overall keeping them out. It also would be worth checking to see if the lot you take the camper to has a cat!
