What about a steering stabilizer?

From what I was able to find, there are a couple different models of the Newmar Bay Star that are right around the same length with slightly different GVWR. It looks like the model you have has a GVWR of 22000-lbs, but you'll want to check your owners manual to make sure that is the correct weight, since the weight determines which replacement parts you'll want to use.
If you do have the 22000-lb Bay Star, for the Front Sway Bar you'll want the Roadmaster Front Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-148 and Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar # RM-1139-149 . If the GVWR on your 2019 Newmar BayStar 31 is not 22000-lbs, please let me know what it is and I can recommend the appropriate parts for your RV.
