Yes, the Thule Passage 2 Bike Carrier, # TH910XT, is recommended for use with your 2012 Kia Soul.
If your bikes do not have a horizontal top frame tube to position the bike level enough for ground clearance on the bike rack you will need an adapter bar, like the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, # TH982XT. I linked a review video that will help you determine if this bar is needed for your specific bike.
