How To Add a Side Rail To a Ladder Rack for a Rooftop Tent

I have the Xsporter rack mounted to my Chevy 2500HD. I need bars to span from the front Aerobar ? to the back, in order to support my rooftop tent. Will Thule square load bars with the slot along the bottom do the job? Thanks,

The only ladder rack that we offer with a side bar option is the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # Y01151-58 when used with the SideBar Rails for Yakima OverHaul HD part # Y01153 or part # Y01154. There is not a side bar option for the Thule Xsporter Pro Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # TH500XTB. That said, most roof top tents like the Yakima SkyRise HD Tent part # Y07436 or the Thule Tepui HyBox Rooftop Tent part # TH8001HB112 do not require any sort of side rail.
If you can further explain what your exact issue is I would be glad to see if we have any other options for you.
