Whats the difference between the Timbren systems for my 2019 Silverado 2500? They look the same to me but I just want to make sure I buy the correct one.

The difference between the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement Systems # TGMRTT35D and # TGMRCK25D is that the former is designed for service vehicles, like tow trucks, while the latter is more for the average user. Since you have a 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 you want to go with part # TGMRCK25D.
I have attached an installation video of this kit on a 2016 Silverado 2500 that you can reference as well as a picture showing what this looks like after the installation.
