For your 2020 Ford F-250 4WD I highly recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F35FV for a few reasons; they are compatible with an in-bed (5th wheel or gooseneck) hitch, they have a double-convoluted design which makes them more durable than other options, and they has a rolled crimp seal which keeps the air bags securely attached and prevents damage from the plates they are installed on. I also recommend checking out a compressor kit like the Air Command # F2610 (which pairs with a smartphone for control) because it enables you to monitor and adjust the air pressure in your air bags without having to locate and drive to an air compressor. Once this system is installed you just download the app to your Apple or Android device and then modify the settings as you see fit!
