I have a solution for you, but the Lippert # LC387523 is not the correct replacement. The replacement motor you need for your PowerGear 522176 (Tiffin part # 8730) is the Lippert Replacement Gear Motor Assembly # LC383745 . This is the motor and high torque gear box needed to replace the PowerGear assembly on your 2006 Tiffin Phaeton Motorhome.
