Will this work on Factory crossbars on my 17 Subaru Crosstrek

I do have an option for you but the Mini Light Bar Mount for Buyers Products Kabgard Headache Rack part # 33785152 is designed to fit Buyers Kabgard Headache racks part # 33785104 and part # 33785204 so I cannot say for sure if the hardware of the light bar mount would attach around the crossbars and be rigid enough to hold a light bar.
I recommend to add the Yakima LoadWarrior Roof Rack Cargo Basket part # Y07070 to the factory crossbars and then you can add Light Mounting Brackets for Yakima Warrior part # Y07075 so you can add a light to the basket.
