What is the inside dimension of the square of the frame hook?

I went out to our warehouse to take a look at the Hollywood Racks Replacement Frame Hook # HRBS-SPRFHLZ-L that you referenced. I found that the square opening on the base that's used to attach to the vertical post on the bike rack features inside dimensions of 1-3/8" x 1-3/8".
