Question:
I'm a 4170 coil rite customer and it has been awful with the connection at the top of the air bag . do you know the actual thread on these air bags ? seems there are different standards . I like the other air lift companies design of a barb , think that would work , if Firestone could of shortened the length of the metal tube on the connector and or changed the angle to 45 deg may have worked also . I see someone mentioned a possible new adapter F3438 . I like the connection but not sure about that hard 90deg with the 1/4" tube

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Coil-Rite system. The bag inlet thread on the Coil-Rite # F4170 for your 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe is a 1/4" female NPT fitting. The Firestone Replacement Schrader Valve # F3438 is going to be a better fitting than the fitting that came with the # F4170 and is meant to combat some of the issues that you may be having with the connection.
