Since Reese is actually who makes the Ford OEM fifth wheel rail kits the correct underbed rail kit you'd need for your 2017 Ford F-250 is the part # RP87FR and you'd be set. This will give you the exact same kit as if you had ordered the truck with the rail kit.

With this kit installed you can use the B and W Companion hitch part # BWRVK3300 that you referenced as well.

There is an underbed B and W rail kit that fits your truck that doubles as a gooseneck hitch with the part # BWGNRK1116-5W which would allow you to install a Companion hitch like the part # BWRVK3500 for a fixed hitch or # BWRVK3400 for a slider. These hitches attach to the truck/rail kit through the gooseneck ball hole. It's not a puck setup but it is an underbed setup that gives you a clean truck bed as well. Or you could use the Reese rail kit I mentioned and then when you need to to a gooseneck hitch install the gooseneck hitch adapter part # RP30845 that installs into the pucks of this kit.
