I do have a bike rack similar to the Thule Passage # TH910XT that is compatible with your 2019 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid but unfortunately Thule doesn't have any trunk mount bike rack fits for your vehicle.
Instead I recommend the Yakima HangOut # Y02637 which is the same quality as the Thule brand and is confirmed to fit your Hybrid model. If you want to add some locks for security then you'll need the Security Strap # Y02623, the Cable # Y07233, and the Lock Cores # Y07202.
Please note that if any of your bikes don't have the horizontal top tube you'll need the Adapter Bar # Y02531 which provides resting points that match up with the bike rack cradles.
