How wide are your bunk ladders. I’m not a small person.

The Surco RV Bunk Ladders like the 60" # SP501B that you mentioned feature rungs with an overall width of 12-3/4 inches. The rung space between the vertical tubes is 10 inches. This ladder does have a 200 pound weight capacity.
For a bunk ladder that offers just a tad more in width and a higher weight capacity I recommend the Stromberg Carlson # LA-460B, which measures 13 inches wide and has up to a 300 pound weight capacity (as long as you keep the ladder in an 11 or 12 degree tilt).
