For stainless steel coupler lock and hitch receiver lock that can be keyed alike, I would recommend the etrailer brand locks.
They offer the etrailer Stainless Steel 2 Inch Hitch Receiver Lock, part # e98882, which will fit most 2 inch hitch receivers, and has an inside width of 2-5/8 inches.
For coupler locks they offer the etrailer Stainless Steel 7/8 Inch Span Coupler Lock, part # e98890, which has an inside width of 7/8-inch, and the etrailer Stainless Steel 1/2 Inch Span Coupler Lock, part # e98885, which has an inside width of 1/2-inch.
All of these etrailer locks can be ordered keyed alike for multiple locks. The way to order them keyed alike is to go to the product page for that item and right under the price is a quantity box. You will insert the quantity you need in that box and click on add to cart tab. Another page will come up that will show what is in your shopping cart and under each product in your shopping cart will be an edit option tab. When you click on the edit option tab it will give you the option of keyed alike or keyed unique. You will click on keyed alike and then hit the update tab right under your choice. This will allow you to order as many as you like to be keyed alike.
