What is the length of the L-E-Vator Portable Lifting Tool # 310-VLV001 when folded up for storage needing to know if it will fit across my 4foot bed

When the Viking Solutions L-E-Vator Portable Loading System # 310-VLV001 that you referenced is in the collapsed, storage position it measures 52" long x 16" wide x 8" deep. That is right at about 4.3 feet so it would be too long to fit across your bed.
