I am experiencing a lot of sag in my 2018 Ford transit T350 cargo van what is the best suspension option

I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2603 to reduce the sag in the 2018 Ford Transit T350 cargo van. The Firestone springs allow you to inflate them from 5 PSI to 100 PSI so they are adjustable unlike the jounce style springs. The air springs will also give you a comfortable ride when you don't have a heavy load compared to the rubber style springs that are dense and create a stiffer ride.

I also recommend a Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor part # F2219 so that you can inflate the bags on the go instead of stopping at a gas station or carrying around a heavy compressor with you. This compressor is also dual path so you can inflate one bag more or less than the other if you need to. You may also need a tube cutter part # AL10530 for installation.
