size hole needed and how to mount ? no directions with antenna

The Jensen Pull Up Antenna part # AN110 comes with a mounting bracket and self tapping screws. It does not fit into a hole. I have attached a photo for you to see what I mean. You would use the screws to attach the bracket to what you are using it for.
