If your motorhome has the air suspension, solid front axle and is not equipped with the 150 gallon fuel tank, the RM-RBK14-RSSA steering stabilizer you mention is the correct part for your application.
Keeping the steering wheel centered and fighting cross-winds is exactly what the stabilizer is designed for, and if it is a fit for your motorhome, it should work very well for you.
You can certainly adjust your tire pressures if you care to, I am a firm believer in checking for the simple fix before making modifications to the vehicle, but I believe you will find that going with the stabilizer will be your best option. Be sure to observe the tire inflation recommendations listed on the tires themselves, as well as any tire inflation recommendations listed in the motorhome owners manual or on the door jamb sticker or plate.
