Can a 2011 Kia Sportage, 2 wheel drive, with a manual transmission be flat towed?

According to the owner's manual for the 2011 Kia Sportage, the 2 wheel drive version can only be folly towed with the front wheels off the ground with a tow dolly like Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes part # RM-2050-1. The 4,250 lb capacity of this tow dolly is more than enough to safely tow your Sportage.
