Question:
my trailer blinkers and brake lights work but my trailer running lights do not. What fuse do I check? in my owners manual it lists right trailer stop/turn left trailer stop/turn Trailer back up lamps Trailer park lamps Nothing about running lights

The "Trailer Park Lamps" fuse, which looks to be located in the #25 position inside the power distribution box under the hood, is the correct fuse to check/replace on your 2010 Cadillac Escalade. Running lights are often referred to as park lamps.
If for some reason replacing this fuse doesn't resolve the issue please let me know and we can do some more troubleshooting. If this is the case then there's likely something going on with the trailer wiring.
