The correct Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Spring Kit for a 2019 Ford F-350 SRW 4x4 is part # F35FV. This system uses the Firestone Standard Air Spring part # F6397. I am not sure which kit you have on your 2017 Ram but I can tell you it does not use the Firestone Standard Air Spring part # F6397 so there would be no way to use reuse the airbags with new brackets. I will say that even if they did both use the same airbag it would be more cost effective to just obtain the entire kit.
I know this is not what you were wanting to hear but what you can do is sell your old system to recoup some of the money. If you had an air compressor setup with the old setup then that could be transferred if needed.
