I took a look at the owner's manual for a 2018 Nissan Rogue and it stated that this vehicle cannot be flat towed, and can only use a tow dolly if you have a front wheel drive version. For this, the manual states to "Place the ignition switch in the OFF position ... Never secure the steering wheel by placing the ignition switch in the LOCK position. This may damage the steering lock mechanism."
