The only tire and wheel combos we have available in the 18x8.50-8 size feature a steel white powder coated wheel like with the Kenda # AM90002. This particular assembly will provide you with a maximum load of 815 pounds at 22 psi and does have the needed 4 on 4" bolt pattern.
We do have an 8" x 7" galvanized wheel though as a separate unit with the Americana # AM20023, which also has the 4 on 4" bolt pattern that you need. You could simply pair this with the Kenda 18-8.50-8 Tire # AM40537 by itself from the above-mentioned combo and have a local tire shop mount it to the wheel.
