I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and found that the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit, # 524426-1, has recently been test fit on the 2013 Ford Edge and will work on your vehicle and vehicles with adaptive cruise control and Ecoboost.
To wire your Edge for towing behind the motorhome you will need a diode kit, # 154-792-118158, see instructions link.
Since you already have a tow bar you most likely have safety cables, but if needed you can use part # RM-645.
Finally, you will need a braking system for the Edge. Most states require a supplemental braking system when flat towing vehicles. I would recommend the Roadmaster InvisiBrake, # RM-8700. I have attached a help article and demonstration video for you to check out.
I also attached a link to some flat towing help articles that you may find interesting.
