Question:
Hello experts. I see nine photos of you folks, so I should get plenty of help. I want to use the Club regular utility lock to lock my two 12 volt batteries to my trailer frame. Is 9 and 1/8inch wide a inner dimension or an outer dimension?

The inside width of the Club Regular Utility Lock # WIUTL810 is 6-3/16 inches and the outside diameter is 9-1/8 inches. The tube diameter is 1 inch plus you have to factor in the width of the lock assembly as well. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
