the free length is 24.78 and the original part calls for 25.25. Would this work on a 2014 Keystone Alpine7K axle3500 each sidedouble eye stack hgt=2.05 26.00inch loaded wgt 1,75 arc hgtwidth=1.75

Since the length of the spring is measured eye to eye, I believe you're saying that your current springs measure 24.78" eye center to eye center and the total length is 25.25".
Because the # e64SR 6 Leaf Double-Eye Replacement Springs match that measurement and correspond with your axle capacity, you will be able to use those as replacement springs on your 2014 Keystone Alpine.
