The old Shelby 5438 lift winch in the rear of my Starcraft Starlounge Pop Up Camper is broken. What new replacement winch would you recommend I use to replace the old winch. I am open to both manual and electric.

The Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch part # DL14934 is a suitable choice with a 1,200lb capacity to replace the Shelby Winch 5438 on your pop-up camper. It is also made in the U.S.A. and comes with a five year warranty. You can reuse your existing cable/strap or replace it with either part # DL24045 or part # DL24249.
