Yes, the Thule Passage, # TH910XT, is recommended for use on your 2011 Nissan Murano as long as it is not a CrossCabriolet model. This is a good quality rack that will work well for you. I added a link to all of the trunk mount bike racks that will fit on the 2011 Murano.
Another rack you might want to consider for ease of installation and removal is the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier, # TH45JV, which also fits the your vehicle.
You may also need the Thule Bike Adapter, # TH982XT, which adapts women, alternative, oversize and some children bike frames to fit various bike racks.
