The u bolt on my anti-rattle broke. replacement?

Just the U-bolt of the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches # RM-061 that you referenced is not a replaceable item, but if it was stressed enough to break the U-bolt it would be in your best interests to replace the whole thing anyway.
