Question:

i have a 2007 pontiac g-6 convertable 4 cylinder. this item is for the g-6 however it excludes convertibles, which I have. is there a mounting bracket similar to this for my convertible? Do i need a mounting bracket on the car if i choose to purchase one of your high end tow bars for my RV? Do I need a wire harness kit for any options you have for me? thank you very much. david

Yes there is a mounting bracket for the 2007 Pontiac G6 Convertible. It is item # 3146-1. The install will require trimming of the lower air dam, air deflector, cowling and or rock guard. You do need the mounting brackets and you will also need a tow bar, light kit and safety cables to attach the vehicle to your motor home.

There are two types of wiring harness available one uses isolators to be able to use the original lights and the other uses a separate bulb installed in the towed vehicles tail lights so the cars warranty is not effected and the wiring is completely separate from the car. I have provided links below for these items for your consideration.
