Question:

I have 2 Fantastic fans, model #7350, in my toy hauler. One is in the bedroom and 1 in the garage area. The one in garage area will not turn on with the remote. The garage fan will activate if I manually turn the handle. If I take the garage fan remote to the bedroom, it will work with the bedroom fan. If I take the bedroom remote the the garage fan, it will not work. Thinking it might be the fan motor, I ordered a replacement from you and installed yesterday. That did not fix the problem. After looking at some of your QandAs, I tried reprogramming the remote per the instructions, but nothing happened. The lights on the remote did not flash, nothing. Any suggestions?

Sounds like there an issue with the circuit board of your Fan-Tastic roof vent which is preventing the remote from working. The only way to replace that on your 7350 is going to be with the part # FV807357 which comes with basically an all new inner assembly plus a new remote and motor.
