The Command LED Eclipse RV Security Light # 328-007-80BE that you referenced is designed for use as an outdoor/porch light so it is weather resistant, however it's not completely sealed/waterproof. It absolutely will withstand normal exposure to the elements but it still might be a good idea to mount it in a position where it wouldn't take the brunt of a driving rain storm.
