Can the Mast On the Jensen Antenna JAN139 Be Replaced With a Longer Option

Question:
If I need a longer antenna element could I replace the original 6inch and install a larger one? The question really is : Can I unscrew the 6” element and screw I in a longer element?

It is possible to replace the 6" mast that comes with the Jensen Antenna part # JAN139 for a longer option but we do not have any designed for this purpose. If you do need a longer mast then the best option would be to instead use the Jensen Antenna part # 44US01R which can be top or side mounted just like the above but has a 16-1/2" long mast.
