Question:
I am looking at purchasing new stairs for our Travel Trailer, we currently only have one step and Im looking at a 2 or 3 step replacement. The distance of my current mounting bracket is 26 inches and from what Im seeing all these stairs are 27 wide. Do you have a recommendation for me ? Thank You,

When changing the amount of steps you have on an RV like with the # SMFP-3100 it's pretty common that the widths of the brackets don't match up perfectly, but the good news is you can still install a different set as long as you are willing to make some modifications.
What you can do is see if you can move the brackets you have now, weld the steps directly to the frame, or also you could go with new outriggers like part # LC301704 to replace what you have.
