Awning with Rain Covers to Fit Side of 2000 Ford F-250

Question:

I would like to install an awning/tent on our 2000 F-250 van. I would like a quality awning that can withstand rain/wind. My van currently does not have a roof rack. What awning do you recommend, and how is it installed?

Since your 2000 Ford F-250 does not have a roof rack your best solution for an awning would be one that attaches directly to the side of the van with the Thule Hideaway part # TH490008. This measures 8-1/2' x 6-1/2' and would be a great size for your van.

For rain blockers you'd need the part # TH306454 for the front panel (you'd need two of these), and then for the sides you'd need the # TH306515.
