The Thule Passage # TH910XT is not a fit for your 2019 Mini Countryman but I do have a similar solution for you.
The Thule OutWay Trunk Bike rack # TH45JV is a great choice. It is a similar alternative to the Passage and I actually think you would like this option more even if the Passage did fit because it uses 2 straps instead of 6 so it is easier to install and it has more of a stylish look over the basic bare-bones look of the Passage.
The Outway comes with locks to secure the rack to your trunk and the bikes to the rack to deter theft. You may also need the Adapter Bar # Y02531 if any of your bikes doesn't have a horizontal top tube.
