We actually sell a version of the LaSalle Bristol Cable-Actuated RV Waste Valve for Gray Water Tank # 34466N11AB72GMA that you referenced in a 48 inch long cable version as part # 34466N11AB48GMA.
I would not recommend attempting to shorten the cable nor do we have a way that it could be done safely.
