I searched for the b&w install kit for a 2001 ford SD F350 and part number BWGNRM1111 came up. Is this kit the correct kit for Athens truck in question? I have the center section already.

I checked with the manufacturer, B&W, and the correct kit for your 2001 Ford F-350 Super Duty is the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Custom Installation Kit for Ford # BWGNRM1108. The part number you referenced is for later model year Ford trucks which is why it won't fit on your truck.
This installation kit will work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRC800 which you mentioned you have already.
